We love stalls that offer unique, high-quality products. If you have a curated collection of goods and a beautiful setup, we’d love to have you in our market zone.
What You’ll Need
- Public Liability Insurance: Minimum coverage required.
- Stall Setup: Photos of your previous setups or a clear description of your branding.
- Product List: A brief overview of what you intend to sell.
Food & Drink Concessions
Perfect for: Street food trucks, artisan bakers, coffee roasters, and bars.
Are you ready to bring the flavour? We look for vendors who prioritise quality ingredients, sustainable packaging, and a menu that gets people talking.
What You’ll Need
- Health & Safety: Valid Food Hygiene Rating (typically 4 or 5 stars).
- Certifications: Up-to-date Gas/Electric safety certificates and Risk Assessments.
- Power Requirements: Detailed list of your wattage/kVA needs.
- Waste Management: Commitment to our “zero-waste” or recycling policies./kVA needs.

History
St Ann’s Well Gardens is one of Brighton and Hove’s most treasured and loved City parks. The Spring Festival was established 16 years ago to celebrate the park’s Centenary. Over the years we have seen the Festival grow into one of the finest free festivals in the Country and is now a firm date in every Brightonian’s diary.
In 2022 we welcomed thousands of people to the park, this was followed by a two year break, but we were back in 2025 with a bang!
Where else can you find an event that covers such a broad range of interests and the arts? St Ann’s Well Spring Festival hits the mark. It has it all-music, creativity, art, dance, circus skills, history and many other attractions. It is a microcosm of Brighton and Hove, showcasing its vibrancy and diversity that entices so many people and visitors to the City.
